In 2008, I co-founded Cassius Eyewear — a brand that drew inspiration from the aesthetics and attitude of the 1960s and 70s. Our vision was to cater to a new generation of discerning consumers who sought both classic styling and modern individuality, filling a niche that appealed to vintage collectors and eyewear connoisseurs alike. I personally took on the responsibility of eyewear & brand design and establishing relationships with our trusted factory. Our goal was to ensure that our eyewear was created using traditional methods, resulting in products of the highest quality.
When Cassius Eyewear was unveiled worldwide in 2008, we received with overwhelming interest from exclusive international stockists, and generated inquiries from key editors at Acclaim, Antenna, Condé Nast Traveller, Dazed & Confused, Elle, Hypebeast, Men's Fitness, Sneaker Freaker, Sportswear International, The Cool Hunter, Vice and Wonderland among others.
